UK military SAR statistics – June 2015
During June 2015 there were 125 incidents, resulting in 131
callouts and 96 persons moved.
Most callouts were on land, as in previous months. During June
2015 there were 90 land, 30 coast and 11 maritime callouts.
The unit which attended the most callouts during June 2015 was
RAF Chivenor with 26 callouts. RAF Chivenor was also the unit
with the highest number of persons moved during June 2015,
with 23 persons moved.
The most common type of callout this month was Medrescue,
with 53 callouts. Medrescues also involved the highest number of
persons moved Buy Doxycycline , with 55, which represents over half of all persons
moved.
The unit with the highest total flying hours this month was HMS
Gannet, with 46 hours flown at an average of 1 hour and 50
minutes per callout.
Mountain Rescue Teams responded to 6 callouts during June
2015, requiring a total of 719 man hours.
